What do you do when its a boy you love or like and you know he has to like you too so one night you kiss him?

And he likes the kiss so do you but when your friend 3 or 4 days later give him your number he takes it and tell your friend that he has a girlfriend which he told me before but i thought it was a cover up at first becuase his friends kept coming around saying things so you wanted them to back off but he was serious he tells your friend that he got a girlfriend . And i said well he wasnt sayin that when he was with me and its totally clear his girlfriend was doing something wrong if he was feeling me that much that he wanted to kiss me knowing he has a girlfriend or is he lyin because it a two year difference and we are teens.
