I'm thinking between Fallout 3 and the 4200 or something close to that number points card for all the DLC or Street Fighte IV with a good joystick / gamepad...
I borrowed Fallout 3 from a friend a while back and got 1000 gamerscore, but I never got the DLC, and Broken Steel is coming out which raises the level cap to 30, so I was thinking of buying an official copy of Fallout for myself and the microsoft points so I could play all the DLC. But I was also thinking of getting Street Fighter IV with a gamepad... However I'm not sure if I'd be any good at it. I have Street Fighter 3 Alpha on the PSP and I suck at it. I also didn't really like how the game didn't teach you how to play, so you basically had to go online or just learn yourself... A tutorial would of been nice, but it's not like I wanted the game to hold my hand the whole time either if you can understand. Also, if you recommend Street Fighter IV over Fallout 3 + all the DLC, what joystick / gamepad would you recommend? I'm not gonna play with the 360 D-Pad, I learnt that it's not very good the hard way with Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe.

i would have to say Fallout 3 my friend. It doesn't sound like your an avid Street Fighter fan or fighting genre fan so yeah grab Fallout 3. its a definite must and u can grab it for about 49.99 on Amazon or go get it at your nearest electronic boutique. that game is definently worth it. SF4....not so much. (im the biggest fighting game fan in all the land)

Mass Effect 2 Questions?
I have both an xbox 360 and a ps3. I never played mass effect 1, so is that ok? I know you cant import anything, and i already know the story of mass effect 1, sorta, with the different endings, no. Also, my friend can let me borrow mass effect 2 on the 360, but it looks better on the ps3, and you get all the dlc, but i hear a lot of that expired anyways, plus its $60 which i cant afford because i want to either get socom 4 or mortal kombat. Its $20 on 360. And ill get mass effect 3 on 360 probably, so should i borrow it or buy it? and which system(probably 360), because i wanna get the dlc. Was the dlc worth it? my questions were...

1. I'd recommend playing the first one, The PS3 Version has an interactive comic to give you the rundown of the first game, and allow you to make most of the major choices. It's only out for 360 and PC. I think it's available on Games on Demand for 360 at a reasonable price. If your computer is decent you can get it off steam for $20. If you can borrow it even better.
Keep in mind Mass Effect 3 will also have a "Previously on Mass Effect" Comic for both games if you start a new game, so if you want to wait for that.
2. If you borrow it, you won't have access to any of the free features from the Cerberus Network, which includes a new character, vehicle missions, and several pieces of equipment. If you get the first one get it for the same console so you can import your save.
3. DLC for the first game is mediocre so I wouldn't recommended it. The PC version has the "Bring down the Sky" mission for free.
The ME2 however has some great DLC especially Lair of the Shadow Broker. (There's several other purchasable missions and other items like guns and armor, I highly recommend the Firepower Pack)

MK9 Online Problem (Kratos)?
I have the PS3 edition of Mortal Kombat 9. The PS3 edition has Kratos, and recently I downloaded the DLC characters Skarlet and Kenshi. But for some reason, I can't play as them online even though I can play as them offline. This is odd because I see other people's videos on YouTube where they can play as them online with no problem.
Also whenever I choose alternate costumes online, the session drops most of the time. Anyone know what's wrong with the game?MK9 Online Problem (Kratos)?

I'm looking to sell my Xbox 360 online(Accessories and headset included) and all my games. Titles include: Dynasty Warriors 6, Dragon Age: Origins Collectors Edition(DvD but no DLC), Call of Duty WaW, Assassin's Creed 1 and 2, Rainbow Six Vegas, Ninja Gaiden 2, Mortal Kombat 2011, Fable 2 Collectors edition(DvD but no DLC), and Eternal Sonata. Also sell on craigslist or an other site because if you sell it to gamestop you'll get only around $150 or lower so sell online. Also try ebay because I saw an Ipod touch 8gb on ebay the bid was around $600 so try craigslist first. If you get no byers go on ebay. HOPE THIS HELPED YOU

we no longer will be able to buy a full game anymore? I mean this is a load of crap. If you buy mortal Kombat used you are going to pay $10 to play it online. And how about releasing all the characters at once. I don't believe in DLC. the only games I bought DLC for came on the disk. I.E. Fallout 3 GOTY. Believe me these developers make plenty of $. I don't mind some expansion packs like Oblivion's Shivering Isles or Borderlands Island of Doctor Ned just because it was practically another game but it has gotten out of hand. I have bought extra levels for multi-player but only for Halo because I have Halo parties and they come in handy to mix things up. I have 2 accounts, one european and one north american, but i just use the north american one because all the trophies are in there.
I want to know, if i can log in with my european account, download the add-on and DLC, log back into my North American account and play it either online and offline.

I'd rate it 8/10. The single player trophies aren't hard at all with practise, but the MP trophies are challenging, like being the top 1% of the world in a week. Its a big ask in terms of a trophy, but its achievable.

I'd rate it 8/10. The single player trophies aren't hard at all with practise, but the MP trophies are challenging, like being the top 1% of the world in a week. Its a big ask in terms of a trophy, but its achievable.

She IS talented, she can sing (as she showed in the interview, WITHOUT Auto-tune of course) so I honestly believe she deserved a second chance after Friday which turned out so horrible thanks to Ark music factory and their stupid auto-tune addiction.
"My Moment" is WAY better than Friday, but I'm very, very disappointed with the lyrics. She's basically rubbing in the face of all her haters/critics how successful she is. And that's bad because like I said earlier she bought her fame, and she became famous mostly because Friday was SO bad.
She can't really take credit for her fame or act snobby about it. Like Charlie Sheen tweeted, people don't hate her because she's famous, she's famous because people hate her.
I feel disappointed because I thought she would come out with a good song. "My moment" is good and she sang well. But the lyrics are monstrously snobbish.
And I sincerely wish she would go more than 5 seconds without staring at the camera. It's all adding the snobby image.

please help im really confused so if i purchase this dlc (mortal kombat season pass) now do i get the characters skarlet rain kenshi and the un-named one do i get them NOW or do i have to wait till theyre released and then i can download em for free? im really confusedMk9 season pass?????

As far as getting the characters, you will get them upon release NOT when you buy the Season Pass. The pass will just give you access to the characters as they are released.

Why doesn't my PS3 DLC data work?
I downloaded DLC data from the PSN US network as it was unavailable on PSN Asia. I have the game, Mortal Kombat which is a R2/B version. Do I need to get the R1/A version of the game so that the data would work? I understand that all PS3 systems are region free and that data from a region only work with games from that region. OK for the ones who have MK 9 should know that they confirmed that Freddy Krueger is the 4th DLC character in the game along with Skarlet- known as a glitch back in MK II, Kenshi from Deadly Alliance, and Rain from Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 and Trilogy. To me I think this freddy Krueger guy should not be in the game as a DLC. People will probaly think he will be a good character but I dont. I've have Mortal Kombat 9 for ps3 by the way. Kenshi and Skarlet aren't in the story mode because they aren't playable characters in MK 1, 2, and 3. You can't play as those bosses, but in the challenge tower, there's a level where you can. Yes, Rain and another character that hasn't been revealed will be released during this summer. Kenshi and Skarlet aren't in the story mode because they aren't playable characters in MK 1, 2, and 3. You can't play as those bosses, but in the challenge tower, there's a level where you can. Yes, Rain and another character that hasn't been revealed will be released during this summer. In the 360 version, my bro unlocked Cyborg Sub-Zero in his file, after he did we did versus mode but there's 2 Cyborg Sub-Zero panals, one that only 1st player can select, another that only 2nd player can select. I was expecting 3 characters instead but why did the MK developers put 2 panals for Cyborg Sub-Zero? It's the dumbest thing I've heard of, they're the exact same character. I heard it has something to do with DLC or something like that, but what is a DLC, I've never heard of the term and the instruction booklet I got is not helpful at all since it tells me nothing except saftey warnings. If not it may be the GPU and the CPU overheating internally - you can normally find out if you leave it for a while and then it goes a couple of hours before doing it again.
If it KEEPS on doing it you will need to either send it in or use a good repair guide to stop the heat build up.

So who got Mortal Kombat 9 today (or early) and what do you think of it.
here are some things i am disapointed with
- No create a character like on MK Armagadden
- No Konquest mode like on previous MK games
- Not as many characters to choose from as the previous games
- They left out some of the previous games best characters
- They are bringing out loads of dlc in the future that will not be free and will cost alot of MS points

stfu it's awesome, story mode is good, fight system is fun, all my old-school faves like jade and kabal are in here, it's money well spent. only thing is the f*cking psn is down so no online for now...

all of that said the game is awesome 10/10 Challenge Tower and Multiplayer makes up for everything.
here are some things i am disapointed with
- No create a character like on MK Armagadden
- No Konquest mode like on previous MK games
- Not as many characters to choose from as the previous games
- They left out some of the previous games best characters
- They are bringing out loads of dlc in the future that will not be free and will cost alot of MS points

Yes I do miss some of the features of the previous games (like motorkombat) but it is more of a reboot of the storyline because they were running out of ideas so I cant really blame them... Mortal Kombat 9: Why didn't Xbox 360 get exclusive Kharacters?
I understand that Kratos can't be on Xbox 360 due to millions of reasons (kopyright for one - see what I did there?!) but how come Xbox 360 didn't get anything? There's so many Kharacters that could have had a storyline fused into the MK universe in the same way Kratos and Freddy Krueger have had. I've thought of a few examples:
Spawn - They could easily tie his storyline with that of Mortal Kombat's, similar to his part in Soul Calibur II for original Xbox.
Altair or Ezio - Again, simple way of tying one of them into the MK storyline, although he's on PS3 (AC) it would be nice.
Skorge (GOW2) - Perfect for MK style of gameplay, although his storyline would be kind of difficult to add to the MK universe.
Cyber Agent - A twist between Crackdown 2's Level 6 agent and the Lin Kuei with the Cyber Tech.
Riddick - Fits the game in every way, would be a nice addition but probably better as DLC for both consoles.

Companies dont put it all out at once, they stagger the releases of DLC in order to keep fresh intrest in the game.
Think about it. You see DLC available in the store, and suddenly the game thats been collecting dust in the corner suddenly gets more spins. Its a way to keep us playing in the long run.

Well idk about UMvC3 but i played MvC3 and its horrible the story lasts 5 fights then you fight Galacticus, the graphics are great very flashy and comic book like, the online is full of spamming ******* I hate the online you can choose who you play with but they match you up with a guy that has 10000 wins and 10 losses. MvC3 has a lot of characters and there's DLC plus UMvC3 adds in to that. MvC3 was fun with a friend that's it. I would definitely get MK with KP, difficulty is a little hard when you re fighting the bosses, graphics are great so is the gore MK uses the unreal engine used to Gears of War 3 which has insane graphics and its fun easy game to play if you do tutorial and watch combo videos on YouTube. The last fight was insanely difficult but there's videos on YouTube to help you. In Mk you get to play with who you want and accept decline invites in the lobbies so you don't have to play with the no life spammers. Yea you can use the pass with a used game, but the used game wont bring a pass most likely.

i'll trade anyone the kombat pass ($10 on the playstation store) on the random account for any mortal kombat dlc (should any1 opt to buy the game used after reading this, they'll save at least $30 instead of buying the game for $60 and then dlc which is $5 each) or killzone 3 "from the ashes map pack".

So today I wanted to get the DLC for the newer Mortal Kombat game for my xbox 360. First I bought the free Sektor and Cyrax costumes. Then I purchased 1600 microsoft points and bought Skarlet for 400 microsoft points and the mortal kombat season pass for 1200 microsoft points. I didn't know that Skarlet was included in the Season Pass, but when I went to practice with them to see their moves, the only person there was Skarlet. I noticed that it said in the season pass that you have to go to an in-game store to get them. Does anybody know why this happened or how I can get them? Thank you.Mortal Kombat Season Pass Problem?

Should I get the 1st Mortal Kombat movie on Blu-Ray?
I was thinking of getting one of the Mortal Kombat movies just to get the Klassic Jade costume.
But my problem is that I already have the 1st MK movie on DVD (I got it cheap) and I'm sure if it's worth the money again. The DLC also comes with MK: Anhillation, but even though it wasn't too bad, it wasn't as interesting as the first movie.

Easiest way to beat Shao Khan is best cornering him and keep doing the bicycle kick or plain out jump and kick. The reason is because if he starts to do one of the attack where u cant make him flinch like the hammer slam, then the bicycle kick will hit him enough times to stop him. The jump and kick method will pretty much just dodge his attacks cuz you're in air. Other wise just keep him at a distance and shoot fire balls rapidly and block his spears. For challenge 300 i doubt u could skip it and still get the costume but why skip it? Its so much better beating it cuz u get the feeling of accomplishing a task not many have done yet. Easy money? Play the Arcade Ladder on begginner and keep getting flawless victories and pull out some Babalities if u can it gives u an extra 500 Koins. For the DLC obviously Kenshi and Scarlett will be in it and Kintaro as well. The reason why Kratos wasnt for xbox is because Sony bought his rights and God of War is exclusive for PS3. Its not like Xbox is gonna bring Master Chief into Mortal Kombay. As of a release date for the DLC is still unknown since the game just came out it might not be for awhile.
