No, I don't think so, not if it was real love. There is infatuation, that can go quickly, but real love, unless given a good reason, takes a long time to die, and hurts for even longer afterwards. A friend, who I loved dearly, has recently said very hurtful things to me, to the extent of not wanting to even talk/see me anymore, and even with all that, I loved her so much -like a sister, lol- that I still find myself thinking "Oh, she would love that!" or "Maybe I should call her... oh, no, never mind...."
