What is LOVE?!? This is one of the MOST complicated comes to my mind... u think what LOVE means...?

What LOVE means to me.......

LOVE means that you would do ANYTHING for someone without asking why. LOVE means that NO MATTER WHAT, you would NOT walk behind, NOT walk in front, but you would walk BESIDE that special someone. LOVE means that no matter what life may bring, LOVE would be right there until the end. LOVE means that you would be there to wipe away tears when there sad, Laugh with them, cry with them, spend time with them, not be afraid to hold hands in public, treat them with respect, honor there wishes, PROTECT them, and if the time came be WILLING to lay down your LIFE for them. LOVE means taking care of someone when they are sick, picking them up when they fall, and not being ashamed or to proud to say "I'm Sorry" or "I was wrong". When somone REALLY LOVES you, the way they say your name will come out of there mouth differently from the way they say other peoples names. LOVE IS PURE, LOVE IS UNCONDITIONAL, LOVE IS JUST, LOVE IS POWERFUL!! LOVE means trying to work things out instead of just quitting. LOVE means Peace not War. LOVE means that you are always thinking about the one you love. LOVE means that you would give everthing up in a heartbeat if that is what it would take to be with that someone, and FINALLY, LOVE means COMMITMENT. IF you REALLY love someone you are Committed to them for the rest of your lives. LOVE means that even when they get grouchy, get a few wrinkles, gain some weight, lose some hair.....you will STILL LOVE THEM!! LOVE means that you LOVE someone for WHO they are and not for what you EXPECT them to be. LOVE is NOT lust, LOVE is not a one night stand, LOVE is not a fling. When you REALLY LOVE somone and someone REALLY LOVES you, there will be NO second guessing because you will know. LOVE can be Fragile and should be handled with care and not taken lightly. When you get ready to tell someone that you love them, DONT say it unless you MEAN it!! LOVE is a BEAUTIFUL thing when you mean it, but it can also be hurting if you dont. SO when you say "I LOVE YOU", I hope that it just isnt words coming from the mouth, but intead words of sincerity.

What is LOVE?!? This is one of the MOST complicated comes to my mind... u think what LOVE means...?For me love means all of these things and more. Love can exist even when the person you love is not in your life but are always a part of it because they are a part of you. When a person has touched your heart so deeply that no other happenings or influences can change or sway those feelings.When just knowing that this person loves you even though you have not seen or felt this love in a direct way for many years.

I married my true love a short time ago but not after that love being tested over a 19 year period of time in which we led separate lives that went in very different directions with no contact for 10 years. During those years I was in a long term relationship and became a mother but knew the man I was with was not my true love and not the man I wanted to marry but a man that I did love. My now husband had been in many relationships with women he had always told he had no intention on ever marrying. The last one he was with had hopes he would marry her after being together for 6 years and even though he expressed his love for me and desire to find me she discouraged him and tried to convince him we were not even friends anymore because we had not even been in contact for so long.

But both of us felt this love deep inside and could not ignore it or be convinced it was not real. Both of us had spent years trying to find each other. And after 7 years of him searching and 4 years of me searching we found each other and despite the fact that we had both changed so much the love was still there and nothing was ever going to change that.

I believe that we both had to go in different directions in life in order to understand and accept each other as we are. We needed to grow and learn that love is blind, love is strong, true love is never ending and cannot be swayed.

I also believe that there are different types and degrees of love. There is the love that we have for our family and friends. There is the love that we experience when we are in a relationship and know that we do love this person and wish them well and happiness throughout their life even if not with us. And then there is true love.....the type when you do not just love this person but you are IN LOVE and nothing could ever change that. When this person is always with you and a part of you even if they are not by your side. Being IN LOVE is an undying love that will never end and the only changes are when this love grows stronger and this person is your best friend that will always accept you as you are respect you and be by your side in good times and bad. The person that loves you even when you are being difficult, disagreeable, cranky, emotional, just in a bad mood or feeling down, depressed and insecure. The person that looks at you and does not see or express that your body has changed or your youth has faded but always tries to lift you up and always reassures you of your worth and will be by your side no matter where life and circumstances may take you. When this person is not just a separate person but a part of you that you could not live without.What is LOVE?!? This is one of the MOST complicated comes to my mind... u think what LOVE means...?
