Start by realising how hurt your wife would be and think it through all the way past that 30 minutes of temporary pleasure.



Don't put yourself in situations where there are temptations.

I don't go to bars anymore and all but one of my friends is married.

Believe it or not, it is easy for a married man to say no to an extramarital affair/one night stand. Those who don't will find excuses and those who accept it (meaning YOU) are just fooling themselves thinking that all men are like this. If he was like this before you married him, then that was your first big red flag. Meanwhile, get tested for any STD that he may have picked up and given to you and insist on marriage counseling. Only you can decide if you are better off with or without him. Personally, it sounds like you're trying to make excuses for him. Good luck, hun. All the answers were great..unfortunately sometimes for a partner love in not enough and they are looking for a quick "high" not thinking of the pain they cause their loved ones
If you really love your pardner there is no way one can even have the desire to cheat.
