Question about dlc bonus? (ps3)?

I recently pre ordered battlefield 3 at gamestop and the bonus for pre ordering is a free dlc map "back to karkand". when do you get the dlc?? When you pick up the game when it launches? A similar game that did this was the new mortal kombat. When you preodered it at game stop. You get a classic skorpion character dlc. Anyone that preordered mortal kombat. When did you get the dlc code?

my game. i went to the midnight launch tho BUT im

sure that doesnt matter as long as you preorder it

im sure when you pick up your game you should get

the DLC on your receipt!
