1. go to psn store and find the mk dlc.
2. from reading game mags, a new character will be introduced (scarlett). she's a female ninja, much in the prototype of kitana and mileena. there's also going to be classic costumes for the other characters.
3. most likely you'll have to pay for it. nothing on psn is really free.
4. if you mean the psn store, nothing really.
