Have any of you heard the rumor of mortal kombat komplete edition?

Because I was going to by mortal kombat as a christmas present to myself but if their making a complete edition with all the dlc that would do good for me since I don't have xbox live. Also I'll probably just buy the new king of fighters game because I hate paying 60 bucks for a game unless I want it real bad. Just let me know what you guys think thanks :)
