My Mortal Kombat broke and i bought the DLC?

I bought the new Mortal Kombat on my birthday, before any of the DLC's were out. anway way shortly after Kenshi was released i bought the season pass. I went on vacation a week before Freddy Krueger was releases. I didn't have xbox live but i had my xbox and mortal kombat. Then on the day Freddy WAS released, i coulnd't buy him and on my way home i left my Mortal Kombat in the disc tray of my xbox. It got ****** up big time, talking about cracked, scratched. Wouldn't play for 100 prayers. I'm getting a new MK for christmas so let me cut to the chase. Will i have to buy my DLC's again. or will all of the them including Freddy be on there hencing i bought the season pass?
