Exact dates aren't known. But the guys at NRS have said Skarlet will be available around the time the first official patch is released in a couple weeks. When Kenshi and the klassic outfits come out though, nobody knows. And in all likelihood, Rain will be available too, and the developers are just drawing out announcing him to play with the people crying so loudly for him. In fact, for that reason, he may be last to be released. ;)
