When are people going to learn the difference between 'Love making' and having Sex ???

I'm so tired of this term love making, instead of using the term hving sex. When are people going to learn that a sexual act is not necessarily associated with love. And 'making love' does not have to include sexual intimacy. I understand some use the term to be polite. But what is wrong to tell it like it is? Would you consider one night stands ...love making ?When are people going to learn the difference between 'Love making' and having Sex ???LOL, no you're quite right. A one night stand is NOT "love making". I think it's rather funny to hear it called that. Certainly, there is a huge difference between the two. I would even add in a third term beginning with the letter F, but I don't want my answer flagged. But it strikes me that there may be about 3 different activities that adults are engaging in, and only one of them has anything to do with love, which is perfectly OK. Let's call it what it is, people.

I mean back rubs, kissing, whatver are physical ways of love. Whether you want to admit it or not lust is part of sex even for partners that have been married for 20 years. Because if there wasn't love making could be shown or done without sex. But back to my point. Sex is sex. The difference is that sex with a person one loves will involve intimacy and feelings, thus sex with a loved one. Casual sex is without the emotion or what not, so there's the difference there. But the fact of the matter is that they are both sex, not this fairy tale, 1800s term. Sex is sex, just with different people it can be a strong connection or not connection.
Semantics. 'Intercourse' and 'coitus' are more scientific (clinical).
